LUX is appeared in our signature wooden finishes and the interior can be finished with different types of claddings and paints.
LUX is constructed with light weight anti corrosive coated structural steel. External layer of the wall is built with wood plastic composite (WPC) which are termite proof, water proof, corrosion, rot & decay resistant. The second layer of the wall is with polystyrene insulation. The internal layer is with painted gypsum board or painted cement board or plywood. The floors are with plywood or tiles or carpet or vinyl. The roof is with insulated aluminum corrugated sheets and the ceiling are with painted gypsum or plywood. The building is fitted with all electrical wiring, plugs, switches and lights inside & outside. Also fitted with an external weather proof socket and an optional air conditioner.
